Membership

Jewish people are entitled to become full members of the Community.  Non-Jewish people with a bone fide reason, such as those married to Jews, can become associate members without the right to vote or stand for office.

The membership fees are as follows:

Family:                     $530

Single member:          $355

Associate member:     $190

Pensioner:                 $60

Student:                   $60

Reduced fees are available for those who have difficulties meeting these fees.  People wanting these reduced fees should contact the Office on 6295 1052 between 9 and 2 on week days.

There is no separate membership for the Orthodox congregation or the Progressive congregation.
